I know buying handmade products online can often feel like a risk. It's hard to tell quality from pictures alone. You can't hold them, touch them, feel them. So, that's why my policy is simple. Your love is guarenteed, or I'll give you your money back. That's it. There is absolutely no risk to you. If you don't love your purchase and it back for a full refund. I want your experience with me to be an enjoyable one start to finish 🖤
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to contact us with any issues. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging is appreciated, but not necessary. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. For additional information about our products, please read our Product Disclosure here.
All purchases are shipped with insurance included. If an item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact the carrier, or file a claim with USPS here. Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance with shipping damages. Please read our shipping policy here for more information.
We are unable to accept all catchers, final sale items, and custom items for returns at this time. They will not be eligible for refunds.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
A USPS return shipping label will be sent to you via email. Please repackage your items, afix the return shipping label, and drop it in the nearest mailbox (USPS).
