You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to contact us with any issues. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging is appreciated, but not necessary. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. For additional information about our products, please read our Product Disclosure here.
We are not responsible for items damaged during the shipping process. All purchases are shipped with insurance included for this reason. If an item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact the carrier, or file a claim with USPS here. Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance with shipping damages. We are unable to accept all catchers, discounted items, final sale items, and custom items for returns at this time. They will not be eligible for refunds.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Earrings and small items • A paid return shipping label will be sent to you via email.
All other products • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
